「We have stayed here 4 times. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The new remodeled rooms were so nice. Staff are very friendly. All of the new amenities were great. Our only issue was with Passions on the Beach. The service was slow and the staff never write anything down which causes issues. Lunch is ok but the food is over priced for the quality. I would love to see an overhaul of the staff training when it come to food safety. We saw some very obvious violations. More customer service training for...

「if you're part of all inclusive package reserve your reservations restaurants before you check in up to 48 hours before you check in as long as you're booked already. You're gonna need the reservations. Some places don't open until 5 PM lunch is only available one or two places. Order more than one entrée you're allowed live it up and fill up」

「Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!」

「There was a roach in the middle of the lobby bar. We originally booked the place and at the last minute they told us the palace was closed so they moved us to Antillas. The restaurants were always full and at capacity so had to eat the buffet every night.」
