「Great stay and will stay again」

「We had such a great time staying at the Divi. We stayed in a one bedroom in the main building everything is beautifully updated and clean! The pool area is so spacious and you didn’t ever feel like there were too many people even though the front desk said they were at 80% capacity. The beach was great and clean it was so easy to get chairs and palapas you could easily sleep in a bit and get a great spot even at 8am. 「My wife and I stayed at Ocean Z Feb14-20. Our shower was missing a door. Water would flood the floor and soak the toilet. When I let the front desk know about the shower, I was told it had broken and was on back order. We were told there were no other rooms and we were given no solution. On the Ocean Z website, this room has a picture of a shower with two doors like normal. Ocean Z is now claiming this is how the shower is designed. Not true.
