「We really loved our stay at Divi Phoenix 5/30/25-6/3/25. The property was beautiful in an excellent location that was walking distance to many things in town. Our room was comfortable and clean, plenty of room to spread out! We loved our pool bartender Dino, he made our time there so enjoyable. The beach on property offered plenty of chairs and palapas that we enjoyed every day! There are 2 hot tubs that we enjoyed everyday as well. Thank you so much for having us and we will be back! 」

「The hotel is amazing looking, probably one of the nicest looking in the area. The staff was average at best, the front desk woman was very friendly. The female staff we ran into seemed to have an attitude and wasn’t nearly as nice as the men employees. The pool situation was poor, try to reserve pool chairs 3 times online and the seats were not reserve even after many emails. The bar service was average around the pool. 「The employees are helpful, polite and so attentive. Jeli and Elvis at Tamarin's buffet are exceptional employees! Loved talking to them and there was a young thin guy at Divi who was also amazing.!! The food at the restaurants were delicious!! The only thing that needed some fine tuning was the entertainment at night, the shows were too short and needed more variety. 」
