"I don’t normally give 5stars for hotel stays but the Ritz is by far the exception! The staff was beyond terrific! Every single person we came in contact w made us feel welcome, special and pampered! We especially loved the pool and cabana staff! Shaniqua and Jean Carlo were standouts! Also, Andrew and Jensen in the sushi bar. Superb!!"

The beach being just across the road was very convenient and picturesque. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and even the families my wife and I saw there we’re having a lovely time."

"We had a beach front access room with a balcony. Views were amazing and room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC and front desk was able to help immediately. Parking was accessible. Food was ok, the dinner at Club Margot was probably our favorite. The location was great, 10 minutes away from Noord where the other bars and restaurants are located."
