「We feel as though we are somehow doing Trump MacLeod House some sort of disservice by calling it a Hotel as from arrival we never felt that we were staying in a Hotel. It felt more as though we were guests in a Baronial home. The standard of service, food and accommodation was exceptional. The entire Staff made us feel at home from the moment of arrival. The quality of finish and standard of housekeeping was second to none. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. 5 stars all the way! 」

「何度か宿泊しておりますが、非常に外観が美しく、お庭のきれいなホテルです。天気が良い日だと庭を楽しめます。部屋は広めで清潔感があります。最近リフォームされていて、シャワーの設備が新しくなっております。アメニティは通常のMercureのもので、あまり充実はしていませんが、それ以外はとてもおすすめできるホテルです。」

「Garry and Joyce were outstanding, friendly hosts. Accommodations were elegantly appointed: excellent full breakfast, large bedrooms and bathrooms, bathrooms fully stocked with towels and supplies, comfortable beds.」

「We have stayed here many times over the years. The remote old world atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. There is a lovely view and the grounds are well kept. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, the food is excellent. Highly recommended if you need to get away from it all. 」

「Property & room were well appointed and maintained. Room seating was uncomfortable as sofa was a sleeper and chair was stiff, but really, most time is spent out of the room. No AC so we were hot when outside temps were in the 50’sF. In fairness this is common in Scotland. Very nice pools - yes more than 1 - plus restaurant and separate informal lounge. Good food, but breakfast hours start at 10. Doting staff. Perfect service. 」

「Got a free room upgrade. Room was nice and clean. Lovely bathroom fittings. Towels were folded on your bed to look like swans. Breakfast was lovely. As was the pot of tea. I'd have no hesitation going back. Was a fair price too」
