We had an excellent day at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a free laundry service, which was very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean, and we loved the walk-in shower. They provided us with a hospitality tray upon arrival, and they had delicious tea in the lobby every day.

Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the smooth experience. One of the best hotel experience with Beijing culture! Big rooms, new, modern with great, friendly staffs! Didi accessible to hotel entrance is a big plus! Highly recommend to all, my kid enjoyed it the most as it is different from usual hotel style :)
