「Shuttle buses were not operated on their schedule. If we ask it, buses had not come to the airport over 1 hour.」

「The room was exceptionally clean, and we were delighted with all the thoughtful details. The gentleman at the front desk was highly professional and greeted us with a warm smile. All the families in our group has great comments as well. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at this year during our many trips. Highly recommended!」

「Very clean and well maintained extended stay hotel. Plenty of parking, quiet and close to shopping and dining facilities.」

「Stayed a couple nights but barely left our room when we were at the property. Place was great and the staff is super nice. There is a smoke room and hot tub that are part of the common area for your 24 hour use which is cool. Recommend for anyone not trying to stay in the city but want to be fairly close. Quiet peaceful and relaxing.」

「My flight to denver was delayed 5hours more. Airport shuttle between this hotel and terminal is only one by hour. so my stay would be only 2hours. I decided to remain Jeppsen terminal and tried to cancel myreservation. but unable to contact hotel staff.so I asked Expedia to contact them. But they also did not contact hotel staff. Finally. nothing refunds.」

「The property isn't new, so it's not pristine, but it is very well maintained. You PAY for parking at this hotel, which is done through a third-party app. I wasn't thrilled with that. The staff are very pleasant, universally. It's clear the management makes a point of focusing on staff-customer interactions OR they just hire very nice people (or both). The breakfast is decent but nothing to rave about. I've seen better, and I've seen far worse. We got a suite with King Bed and kitchenette...

「I don't recommend this hotel. The staff was not professional. My credit card was declined to pay the deposit, which never happened overseas. Luckily I could withdraw cash at ATM near the hotel. And even the staff didn't seem to know how to handle it and almost forgot to give me money back, showing the slip.」
