Enjoy the luxury of a set back mansion on a quiet, wooded, quadruple corner parkway lot, in one of Denver's most fashionable historic neighborhoods (Park Hill), featured in this years prestigious Park Hill Tour of Homes. Mayor Batterton's former residence combines old world craftsmanship and discretely integrated modern amenities with three living rooms, huge kitchen equipped for large catering events, 2nd floor washer & dryer, massive playground and ample parking to accommodate large groups.
The space All the common spaces are very large. The cozy bedrooms and adjoining baths and halls all have heated floors to keep your bare feet warm and avoid allergens in dry forced HVAC air. Three of the four bedrooms have California kings for our taller guests. Guests are provided with their choice of king down substitute pillows or queen down so its easy to identify for those with allergies.
There is a private suite on the 3rd floor with bedroom, bonus room including an Italian rollaway with wooden slats and full bathroom. Living room three (vaulted ceiling) has a single bed in the loft and an eight foot pool table. The property has a huge lawn that also includes a large playground for children.
The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks and side-by-side fridge. The dining room features a ten seat dining table to accommodate large gatherings.
Guest access Guests received a passcode with access to the main door on Hudson St. as well as the Montview Blvd entrance that accesses the upper three floors and all outside areas.
Other things to note Note: There is a basement apartment with separate garage entrance that the owner uses when in town.
Note: House was renovated so some non-critical electronics/TV's may not be fully working/installed yet.
