Perfect venue for my family to stay! Had a little time there, but enjoyed it while we were thereSon’s wedding took us away from our house here and then explored Colorado as best we could during off times! We were comfortable and warm throughout our stay. The views were awesome to say the least. We are happy to be able to hang out on the outside deck our first day there. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the outside pool area! Maybe next time

Thanks. Always know what I’m getting when staying at this property. Location, accommodations, cleanliness ALWAYS meet my expectations.I’m sending a picture of a baluster mount that has become detached from wall. Not sure if my crew did this damage (because I forgot to ask) or this was previous to their stay. If this was damaged during our stay, please let me know so I can cover the expense to repair it.

Very nice house. Loved our stay. Don’t be deceived though, they don’t have a pool. It’s a bigger hot tub. Enjoyed our stay very much. The red rocks concert was great and very convenient to go there.

Thanksgiving family reunion ‘24

This beautiful, well appointed home comfortably hosted our family of 13 for the entire week of Thanksgiving. The Arvada location was ideal for walks to parks/ recreation center for swimming/ice skating/open play gym for the grandchildren. The proximity to Boulder Flat Irons/Red Rocks Amphitheater allowed for short hikes for the young families. This home is clean and beautifully maintained. We prepared most meals at the VRBO due to schedules/dietary needs, and found the kitchen had needed dishes/cookware on site! Every family had spacious sleeping accommodations/ bathrooms to meet their needs. The master bedroom suite had phenomenal views of the Front Range through a beautiful picture window. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the large outdoor spa/hot tub after busy days outdoors. Evenings were spent playing pool/board games/puzzles in the game rooms. Check in/check out were easy, and the hosts were available by phone if any concerns/questions arose. We enjoyed our time here cementing memories for a lifetime!

Lovely home in a very nice location. Enjoyed nearby walking/running path. Convenient to grocery stores. Would be helpful to have printed instructions for checking out but owner responded quickly when instructions were requested

Beautiful home!

The house is very clean and has a ton of space. Location is close to Denver and we also traveled to Boulder which wasn’t far. We did a day trip to Colorado Springs to see Garden of the Gods. Red Rocks was not a far drive and we swam at Bear Creek Lake one day. The neighborhood was quiet and we used the Apex Sports Center which was a 5 minute drive. Would recommend!!!

Clean modern sharp open floor plan with excellent overall layout . Great bedding beds and mattresses. Enjoyable to spend time in this home in between outings bc of the bright open uplifting layout and great amenities . Double 5 star

Wonderful Experience

I rented this house prior to my wedding as a space to get ready with my girls and enjoy time with friends. The house was immaculate and could not have worked better for our intended purpose. It photographed beautifully, had more than enough room for my friends and family, and the hosts were exceptional. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it!

Beautiful Home

This home is wonderful! It was great for a large group! The main floor is very open with a good kitchen space. It was easy to get to the Colorado Mills Mall, but we didn’t go out much more than that, except to the spa pool right outside. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Communicate with the owner was easy too. Would definitely recommend!

The best I have ever been in. I have no complaints or issues. We had plenty of towels. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We had enough of everything. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The location was perfect.

Contractor Rewards Trip - Rockies, Golf, Red Rocks

Every aspect of this property was as advertised. Location was perfect, number of bedrooms & bathrooms supported our needs perfectly. Ultimately, clean is critical and this property was Immaculate and had all the amenities needed. The check-in process / policies & procedure Conversation occurred later than I was comfortable with (10:30pm night before actual check-in). If this was a personal use VRBO, it would have been acceptable. In this case it was a group of my valuable customers and the check-in policy was a bit late for my comfort. MINOR overall concern in comparison to all of the positives of this property. Thank you John Weitz. I appreciate it…..

Spectacular Christmas in Arvada CO!

Our family gathered from SD, MT and KS in Denver to celebrate Christmas, my retirement and appt. at Children’s hospital. With 6 adults and 5 littles this home was perfect! Tons of room allowed littles to play and nap, parents could enjoy time together and keep an eye on them. Easy access from I-70, downtown ~20 min. Immaculate, light and airy, quality throughout, loved the fireplace and huge center island was perfect for littles! Check-in was super easy and efficient and host very accommodating when we needed it most! Thank you for wonderful family memories!

Spacious Home in a great location

Just 20 minutes from downtown, this property was perfect. One of my friends was on tour and we were worried we could not get the bus in the driveway. It ended up fitting perfectly! The hosts were very responsive and the home fit all our needs. If I ever go back, I would go back to this place.
