Denver Oasis [HotTub/Pets/420]

Our property is newly renovated and centrally located between the Airport and Downtown. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each bedroom and the common area have 12k btu heater/air-condition units to keep the temp perfect. The back yard is fully fenced in, with covered patio seating , located right next to the hot tub. Inside you will find a kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and spices you will need for cooking. The appliances are updated, including Dish washer & microwave.In the living room you will find a array of board games to indulge in. Musically inclined folks will love the piano and open floor plan to entertain your guests. All rooms have smart TVs and there is free Wifi for you to use.1000s nbs up and 1000s nbs down. Pet and 420 friendly. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for your use. Laundry is located downstairs with iron and ironing board as well.

We keep the property impeccably clean, including the hot tub. We offer parking directly in front of the house and the host is available if you have any question or needs during your stay. The digit keypad makes coming and going simple.

Great Stay for a Group

The property was exactly as expected. When there was a small issue with check in the property manager was helpful and prompt in resolving the issue. Great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for our group.

Very nice house to sightsee the city!

Erick was prompt with responding to messages and is a friendly host overall. My friends and I had a great stay; we were able to utilize the inside and outside space the whole stay. It was a safe and clean house and we appreciate the hospitality provided!

Fun trip in Denver

We had a great time staying here for a bachelor trip and were provided everything that we needed by the host. When issues arose, the host was quick to respond and remedy them. Would recommend to others planning to stay in Denver.

Cool location, but plan to drive/uber/train

Enjoyed our stay. Tons of space and the hot tub was a nice treat during the cold. From experience - it seems a lot closer to stuff on the map, but what seemed like a short walk was 40 minutes. Ended up calling an uber. About 10 mins from the train station though, which is convenient.

Easy check in, good location

This house was great for our group of friends visiting Denver. We were close to a lot and had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We wish we had known there would be cameras in the common areas before we booked it but our group decided it was still worth the trip. The hot tub was a highlight and well taken care of.

Amazing property and owner

The house was great! The owner was even better! We had an amazing wedding. All 10 of us had an amazing stay. Very roomy and the hot tub was a much needed night cap after our wedding - our bodies NEEDED that and it was the cleanest hot tub we have ever used. Thanks!

Very accommodating. We enjoyed using the hot tub and provided games. The back patio is a pleasant area to hang out. The property is located two minutes from hwy 70. Very convenient.

Smart House = Smart Stay

We loved the house and the owner is an epic communicator. This home was eclectic, clean and fun! Attended a Nuggets game, easy Lyft ride to and from Ball Arena. Plenty of room for everyone. 5 stars!

Super Cool Pad

This place was perfect for our friend trip. We met the owner when we arrived early and he was totally cool about letting us bring our stuff in. The house was really clean and super spacious! You are a 10-15 min drive to anywhere you want to go. Parking was easy and the back yard was a nice hangout!

Chill bachelor party

Had a fairly low-key bachelor party based out of the property; everyone was really impressed with the amenities. The air mattress was particularly clutch for making sure everyone had a spot. Hot tub was good too, though definitely a bit tricky to get warmed up.

Christmas in Denver

We had a great stay. Erick was an excellent host, very responsive to the small issues that arose. We were a group of 10 and found the space adequate for our group. The loft is a bit challenging to navigate but we made it work. The hottub and outside patio offer additional to hanging out in. We all have differing interests so we appreciated the location, some people skied, some hiked, others visited Meow Wolf and the aquarium. There is also a brewery within walking distance.

Stay in Denver

We were there for the Bronco game and the location was perfect. The backyard/patio was great. Lots of games for family and lots of ideas written down of what to do while there. The upstairs shower tended to leak a little when used. And the loft was hard to get too. The tv in the loft wouldn't connect to wifi and the hot tub could use a cleaning. I don't think it really sleeps 14. But a beautiful house and and a perfect location for us.

This place was amazing. If you have a larger group and need more space, it is perfect. A big open living room, plenty of bedrooms and a large open kitchen. I got the best sleep ever on the comfortable bed, and the hot tub was an awesome added touch. The location is good if you are looking for somewhere reasonably close to concert venues on the north side. They are still doing some imorovements to the place, but I will definitely keep this place in mind for a return visit.
