We had the best time at the beautiful property! Great location, very clean and just the cutest place! The backyard is the best little area to hang out and visit, play cornhole and look at the stars!

Graduation Weekend

This property is perfect. We were minutes away from the DU campus and an easy walk to Wash Park. Also, loved how close the coffee shops were. We will recommend this house to everyone.

Family Early Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our family to meet up for an early Thanksgiving celebration. We came from Virginia and met up with 4 of our 5 sons from Salt Lake City, UT, Fresno,CA and Denver and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Beautiful home

This home was beautiful and easy to access. Plenty of street parking when we were concerned with no on site parking. Everything was clearly labeled and clean. Multiple ways to make coffee. I was even able to bake fresh bread with the baking scale in the cabinet. Would definitely rent again if available on our next visit

Great Stay

This property looks better in person than it does on line. Our group was a total of 7 relatives. There are plenty of places to hang out in this house. The house has EVERYTHING to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen has quality pans and equipment so that guests can actually cook. All cabinets are labeled so guests know where to find equipment and where to put it back. The yard and gardens around the house are lovely. The neighborhood is great. Keegan, the manager, is very responsive should you need something. Even though the house is on a main street , it isn’t noisy at night. This is an older house, so there are stairs to get into the house and to get to either the first level or basement. I have stayed in many rentals and this one is one of the best.

Brooke is a great host. The house is beautiful and very clean. We were even able to enjoy the back patio in mid January! Everything you need for a big family dinner and stay was there. Brooke even had wine waiting for us. So many great touches! Can’t wait to come back.
