Very easy check in and check out process! Clean and comfortable space. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The dogs were super sweet and was so nice to just chat with Tina, she’s the best! We will definitely be coming back to Denver and staying again!

We had great communication with Tina before, during & after our stay. We had awesome accommodations in our entire basement space. A full kitchen area & living area & bed was very comfy. Her outdoor backyard was private & therapeutic with all of the plants. We will definitely will stay at Tinas again in the future !

Tina was a fabulous host and we did not want for anything at her place. The basement apartment was cozy and extremely clean. We enjoyed the backyard and the dogs were a nice bonus. This basement aparment was very well thought-out. We enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful stay here at Park Hill Garden. We enjoyed visiting with our host, Tina. She was very attentive, making sure we had everything that we needed. Home away from home with all the amenities. Two fireplaces made for cozy mornings while having our coffee. We were close to downtown Denver where our son and his family live. Tina was absolutely wonderful and gave us many recs on places to eat as well as potential neighborhoods to live in! The place was very clean and had more than enough amenities for my friend and I!
