Home was fantastic. It met all of our needs for my family. Host communicated very well with me and I felt that they really cared about us having a great experience. Checked up on us regularly for leading up to and after the stay, Home was conveniently located right across the street from a grocery store which made it easy for us.I would recommend this home and do plan on using it again my next trip to Denver.

Everything was as advertised. It's a great location and had plenty of entertainment for our small group. The host was also very responsive and accommodating! I'll definitely rent this house again if we go back to Denver.

5 friends returning to Denver for a class reunion. Perfect space for our needs. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Access to house a bit awkward for first arriving. Grocery store immediately across street. Host accessible, actually reached out to see that we had all we needed. All our people highly pleased!

Wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable with comforterable beds, great sleeping arrangements, and a large dining area for our group of 9 adults. Convenient location made it perfect. We’d happily stay again!

Highly recommend! This house is in a perfect location. Grocery store and Liquor store literally across the street and easy walking distance to breweries, restaurants and shopping! I will absolutely be looking for this property the next time we are in Denver. The Host communicates very well. Check in/out was a breeze.

Cute house

We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice refrigerator/freezer. Check in process was easy and instructions were detailed and very clear. Nice hosts!

nice stay

Property was clean, well appointed, nice to have game area and grocery store, gas station directly across the street. Street is a bit busy if you have small children. Owners very accommodating and easy to work with. Property was exactly as described with nice beds and big table for families.

It was good we were not there enough to utilize all that it had to offer. It was clean. It was on a very busy street and a lot of night time noise from traffic.

Perfect place for a group

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location and lovely spaces in and outside. We loved playing shuffleboard and horseshoes and darts. We appreciated all the quick responses to questions and suggestions from the hosts.

Denver charm

Excellent rental. House is as described. Walkable to grocery store and restaurants. Safe neighborhood also walking distance to DU. Host was attentive throughout stay.

Amazing

This home was perfect. We had a business trip and turned it into a long weekend with family/friends. Great location to easily get downtown and still sneak away to Colorado Springs. Host was fantastic on communication and giving recommendations. We will be back!

Great location close to everything

We came to visit my son who is a student at University of Denver and this location was absolutely perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. We also loved hanging out in the garage playing shuffleboard. Cool bonus!
