"had a wonderful five-day stay at akana boutique hotel. the grounds were beautiful, the room was large, quiet, and perfectly clean, and the staff were all wonderfully friendly. i was greeted with a smile at every corner. the a la carte included breakfast was a huge plus, and something i looked forward to every day. i also appreciated the mini "beach club" (aka daybeds) at the nearby mertasari beach, roughly 8-10 mins walk away. the pool was beautiful but a touch small, more for a dip and sunbathing than a real swim. nevertheless, i'd definitely recommend akana to all my friends! ❤️"

"We can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The Sanur suite was incredible. It was huge with every amenity you could want. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay memorable. It was my birthday and there was a birthday greeting on our bed plus I received two pieces of cake, one in the restaurant and one from room service. Can’t wait to return."

"The rooms were clean and tidy, the service was exceptional from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome.Front desk, wait staff and housekeeping were fantastic. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Very attentive. The buffet breakfast was great too! The hotel is close to everything. The supermarket, pharmacies, shops and eateries are all within walking distance. Home away from home."
