Adorable home: clean, comfy and has everything you need. I brought my dogs and having the fenced in yard was great. Walk to the beach was easy. My family really enjoyed!

Great location, cute cottage

While the cottage was very small, it was as advertised for the most part and was very clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen and bedroom directly off the kitchen. The hosts were very communicative however and very apologetic. They couldn’t really do anything about it bc can’t spray with kids & pets on site (understandable). But they did drop off some additional ant cups and said they would spray/clean everything deeply when we left. So should be taken care of for the next residents. I didn’t realize there was no dishwasher but that’s on me bc it is not in the listing. And the washer/dryer is on site but it’s in the bulkhead accessible basement so you have to go outside to access it. Location was great! While on a main road, the yard is fully fenced and great for the kids and dog! Just a block away from Wolfie’s and a few blocks from Sundae School. Very quick drive or bike ride to Sea St beach which we really liked. Not super crowded, smaller beach with bathrooms & food. If you prefer the bigger beaches, Mayflower etc are about 15 min away. But get there before 8:45 as parking was full already then! No problems at Sea St any time. Overall a good stay - maybe adding even a small dishwasher and a little more counter/cabinet space would go a long way.

Awesome location

Our vacation at Kim and Dave’s cottage was fabulous, location to the beach and restaurants were exactly what we needed, fenced in back yard with a deck a fire-pit and grill is perfect if you’re bringing young ones or a fur-baby… thank you again to Dave and Kim,

Home away from Home!

We had such a fabulous week here! Our trip included myself, my husband, our 14 year old son, my parents and our dog. There was plenty of room for all of us and the yard was very spacious and private as well. Even our dog, who has never been away with us, settled right in! Our stay was a lot of venturing out to visit the Cape, but also making the best memories right at the cottage, including family dinners, game nights and lots of laughs. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very important to me being a light sleeper. The kitchen had everything you needed including lobster pots. The grill was a plus and used by us often. The shed in the back had yard games, chairs etc. Not to mention the location of the property to anything in Cape Cod was perfect. Short walk to Sea street beach, Sundae School Ice cream, The Wee Packet etc. And just a 20 minute drive to basically anywhere else you wanted to go besides P-Town. We all agreed that this trip was a top 3 ( and we travel often). Even our teen son, who never has much of an opinion, is already asking to go back again next year! The Cottage and hosts, Kim and Dave, just really made it feel like our home away from home. Thank you very much for hosting and helping our family make lasting memories! We may be back again next Summer!

Great location!

We loved our stay at this cute little house. Location is fantastic on the mid Cape with access to many restaurants, beach is only about 10 min walk. The only downside to the property is that the one bathroom is shared between two bedrooms. Therefore if you are staying in the primary bedroom you have to walk through another bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not ideal, but we made it work. Overall, a great place
