Enjoy sunset fires overlooking Pleasant Mountain or a game night in! Just 8 minutes from Pleasant Mountain Ski area, 17 minutes to downtown Bridgton restaurants, movie theatre and quaint shops and 30 minutes to North Conway, NH. The open floor plan is light and bright with a cozy, freshly updated mid century modern feel, featuring new furniture throughout. 3 cozy bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and trundle. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hair dryer and towels. Guests can enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this home, with central and portable AC, heating, a washing machine/dryer, WiFi, and other amenities. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a cool adventure, this quiet property is the perfect choice for your trip. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

ホストからの要望として、宿泊者はチェックアウトの前に以下を完了する必要があります :
使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく
私物を持ち帰る、食べ残しや飲み残しを捨てる、ごみを出す
消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける、鍵を返却する
Please strip used bedding and leave it on the foot of the beds for cleaners, place used white bath towels in washing machine, bring beach towels downstairs bathroom.
Make sure thermostat is left at 74 in the summer and 62 in the winter.
Lock all doors, close all windows and return house key to lock box. Remember to clean up all animal waste. Let owners know when you have vacated the property. Thank you!

Our family of five (one being our doggy) enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and spacious for us. The view was incredible! We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, along with some great fishing! We enjoyed the ice cream at Sweeties Pies down the road. We were too busy on the water to pull ourselves away to explore Pleasant Mountain, but a very nice neighbor down the street told us there is a great trail off of Mountain Road if we wanted to hike the mountain.

Great space for a family to gather, relax and enjoy the lake. The open concept living space worked well for our family of 4. Check in was easy and the house is well-equipped (including some spices, coffee and condiments).

Had a good time here. Very peaceful and relaxing location. Really enjoyed the kayaks and games, good family spot. Listening to loons and seeing the bald eagle were a bonus!
