"We opted for the breakfast service, which was amazing. Buffet at BLT Steak every morning was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and again the staff was wonderful. We hade 3 people staying in a one bedroom with our teen on the couch. So by our own choice space was limited but we made it work (minimal room for opening suitcases). If it had just been the 2 of us the room would have been sufficient. My only suggestion would have been for better lighting for the bathroom mirror as it was had to see for make up or shaving. Laundry machines on the first floor were a hot commodity. It would have been helpful to have more available for the guests. Location was nice. The Roppongi area was convenient for about half of our activities in Tokyo, the rest we braved the metro and Shinkansen and were successful. On a really hot day were explored the underground mall system that meanders from the hotel, down the hill towards TeamLab Borderless. I believe it is called Izumi Tower or Azabudai Hills? Overall we had a great time in Tokyo."
