「The online entry to the hotel was a bit difficult to understand. Also, it was not easy to get the emergency help. I had to call the emergency line several times before getting the response. It would be useful to have someone who would respond at least from 8 am to around 7 pm every day. 」

The good: immaculately clean, comfortable seating and beds, well appointed kitchen, the elevator, close to shopping and transportation, washer/dryer and drying rack and great lighting. I'm really picky about lighting and most of the short term rentals we've stayed at have had horrible or so-so lighting. Almost all the lighting had dimmers, a huge plus in my book.
