「What a peaceful and beautiful place! I was teleworking and had the most fantastic view of the dunes, the foxes, the birds the waves and the sunrise. This place is a gem.」

「The location is beautiful and so peaceful. We had a small mishap with the property not having been completely cleaned at the beginning of our trip, but the host responded promptly and all worked out well. This is our second time booking this place and may stay again.」

「The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers.」

「The cottage is absolutely amazing in a quiet location. It was perfect for my family and everything was well organized and easily located. Nannette was very accommodating and made sure the trip went smoothly. We will definitely be returning to this cottage.」

「This was a fabulous trip and the property could NOT have been better. My son, his wife, their 5 year old daughter and their 6 month identical twin boys joined me and my dog for the week. The location was ideal for both the beach and dining as well as being cute and clean! A lot of memories and “firsts” were made here! Thank you so much!!」

「This adorable and nicely decorated cottage has just about everything you need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view of the bay. Robin was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our questions. It’s nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available. We forgot to bring insect repellent and had to leave the beach early one day because of biting insects. Other than that we had a great time!」

「This place was Absolutely Stunning, the owners were Super nice, above and beyond. Beautiful view of the Ocean, steps away from the Beach. Can't even begin to describe how Super Nice this place is. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS PERFECT.」

「I stayed for a week mid-May just before the summer season really kicked in. I worked part-days and the 5G wifi was strong. Brought my dog and we enjoyed walking 30 seconds to the beach! I like being removed from busier beaches but was a quick drive to Lewes for restaurants. Thank you!」
