「At first everything was fine. Then we requested room service and well they came in and took trash out but did not leave any trash bags for us. The coffee maker was not cleaned in who knows how long. Then we found bed bugs. Staff got us new sheets and pillows but who knows how deep it goes. Towards the end it seemed like the staff was annoyed by us. But we had to ask for toilet paper and towels.」
