「Very friendly and helpful staff」

「The pool was tiny and hot and dirty, the room was dirty, there were some super undesirable guests, with poor language and behavior, I was a little afraid to be there alone with my kids.」

In addition the bathtub didn’t hold water and I was told they would have someone come look at it the next day, no one ever came despite me reminding them.
