Cozy, Pet friendly Coastal Cottage with a private Hot Tub in Cape May county

Welcome to Anaëlle home, located in Villas, NJ of Cape May County. The Villas is one of New Jersey's best kept secrets. If you are looking for a cozy, adorable, furnished home, this one is for you!
We are centrally located between Cape May, Wildwood, and Stone Harbor with only a 15-minute drive to each town.
We provide most necessities with a hot tub that is working year-round. A 10-minute walking distance from the beaches of the Delaware Bay and watch the gorgeous sunset every night!

THE SPACE
Our newly renovated 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath home has a huge private backyard perfect for morning coffee, happy hour, and evening cookouts on the grill.
The first bedroom can accommodate 2 guests (queen-sized bed). It has a dresser and a closet.
The second bedroom can accommodate 3 guests. The bunk bed has a twin-sized mattress on top and full-sized mattress on the bottom. It has a closet and a hotel-style luggage rack with shelf.
There are enough linens for each bed and extra pillows and blankets are provided.

The living room has a leather sofa which can be folded down into a twin-sized bed if needed. The 40-inch Smart TV comes with guest Roku. The house is cooled by Central Air Conditioning or heated by Central Heater.

The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances needed for cooking as well as utensils, pots, pans, and baking sheets. The breakfast bar seats 2 guests. Refrigerator/ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher, blender, mixer, and Keurig coffee maker (we provide dark, medium and light roasts, sugar and coffee cream) and Early Grey teas provided.

Washer dryer is in the laundry closet. Iron and ironing board are in the bedroom closet.

Outdoor Spaces
The private backyard has a patio area for barbecues and relaxing.
The hot tub is fully drained and cleaned after each guest stay. As our guests frequently use the hot tub, it occasionally experiences mechanical issues. When the hot tub is out of service and cannot be used, we will provide a $20 credit for each day of your stay at the time of observation.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the whole house including the private backyard.
We provide 2 beach tags free of charge for our guests to access Cape May’s beaches. (Children under 12 are not required for beach tags).
Bay Beach and Wildwood beaches are free to access.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for you to bring to the beaches.

POLICY
The fee due at checkout includes two dogs. There is a $50 fee for each additional dog.
Definitely no smoking or drug use in the property. We are smoke free, drug free home.

Walked in the place was just as pictured! Beautiful, clean and our dog loved the back fenced in yard. We definitely had peace of mind knowing she was comfortable and safe there. Nice beach cottage

The cottage was clean and very easy to stay in. Joe and Nadia were very communicative and helpful. Really enjoyed walking on the beach and seeing the sunset.

Exactly as advertised! Soooo cozy! They have included such niceties to include kitchen supplies, bathroom shampoo/conditioner, etc. TV that wipes your personal information if you want to use netflix or prime. Great back yard with high fence if you have pets. Joe and Nadia were always quick to reply to an email if there were any questions. Quick access to the beach and a 15 minute drive to downtown Cape May. Convenient CVS nearby. We just didn't want for anything! We will definitely be coming back!!

Great place for family and pets!

We stayed for a week. The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the fenced yard gave us privacy and plenty of outdoor space for our pets and just sitting outside. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were only 15 to 20 minutes from most sights that we wanted to see. We had a few questions, and the homeowner was quick to respond. So, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Pet Friendly Cottage

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and pup. The cottage was perfect for a quick weekend stay, it had everything we needed. The place clean and very well decorated. The bay side beach is an easy walk down the road. One of the the best places we have stayed at in this area thats pet friendly!

When we walked in was very happy with how exceptionally clean the place was.Was a convenient location for us close to the performing arts center, right down the street from the bay and convenient to drive to the lighthouse to see a sight or two.Had a couple of questions before we arrived and the host was quick to reply and gave us a couple of things to do in the area too.All in all was perfect for what we needed for the week.Thank you

Great weekend in Cape May

We had a great stay at Joe’s property for 4th of July weekend. We were not able to stay down the shore for the whole week, so it was great to find a property we could rent for the long weekend! The fenced in back yard and hot tub was a great feature for our young kids and dog. Walking distance to Wawa, CVS, and flecks ice cream. The drive to the beach/downtown Cape May was about 20 minutes. Joe was very responsive and accommodating!

Well appointed with great amenities and location!

The hosts have thought of everything!! From WiFi and Roku’s to beach chairs and beach tags, we wanted for nothing for our quick get away to the Shore. The big back yard and hot tub were an extra bonus to come home to after a long day at the beach. Very clean, well appointed property with all of the essentials included. Pet friendly and within walking distance to the Bay, Wawa, CVS, and local restaurants. The hosts were a joy to communicate with and very responsive to requests and questions. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Cozy Cape May Getaway!

The Coastal Cottage was everything that we wanted. It not only allowed our pups to stay but even has a hot tub! The bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom were all clean and equipped to make our stay enjoyable. Communication with the host was timely and they made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was also close to so many attractions including a beach and yummy ice cream place within walking distance. It was also driving distance to so many breweries, wineries and restaurants. 10 out of 10!

Perfect for what we needed! We had multiple family members staying in various places on the same street, the hot tub was a fun addition that no one else had. A small welcome booklet or something that has helpful information about the place would be nice!

A Reset Weekend was Needed

I booked this property for a self-care reset weekend, and it was everything I needed! The only thing I would ask for is ceiling fans; otherwise, this was a perfect retreat. The owners were responsive and I would rent the location again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I brought our golden doodle for a short trip to Cape May and this house was perfect! It had everything we needed, they even included some essential doggy items, which was very thoughtful. We loved spending time in the hot tub and letting our dog run around in the fenced yard while we were outside. We also loved how close the house was to the bay! We had a great time and it was just what we needed :)

Cozy cottage near everything's

Stayed here for a soccer tournament. Cute neighborhood, quiet, nice walk to bay. House was perfect size for us. Hot tub was a nice perk! Games for kids came in handy on the rainy day. Close to many local restaurants. Property manager was quick to reply. Thanks!

Compared to the stately B&B's in Cape May, this cottage is quaint. But it is so well-equipped and clean there's no reason to go elsewhere. It may be best for a family of four since two of the beds are bunk style. But, I'm a 67-year-old and I had no worries scaling the very sturdy ladder to the comfortable top bunk. The location is a bit away from the town of Cape May (15 minutes), but we found it nicely located near a couple very good restaurants (Olive Branch for one) and a convenience store. And certainly consider the clean and well-maintained hot tub out back. So comforting after a long day of whale watching and walking. While we didn't bring a dog, the fenced back yard provides all the security you'd need to let Fido get some on-site sniffing in. Thanks to the owners, Joe and Nadia for making our stay so lovely!
