「The stay was disappointing. There weren't even enough towels in the bathroom, and when I asked for more, they only provided two. The entire weekend was a disaster, and the service was terrible. The elevator wait was so long that it limited many activities during the day. The air conditioning only worked properly in the lobby and the first floor; the rest of the hotel was hot. "Resort" is a very broad term for the poor service they provide.」

「The Princess Royale was a very nice hotel that had a great resort feel. They offer an oceanfront café and bar with good live music daily. There is a coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee, and a full-service breakfast restaurant, along with a large indoor pool and fitness area. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well cared for, which is the most important. We had a very nice Queen Oceanview Suite on the fifth floor with a separate large bedroom and a nice living room area. The suite had 2...

「I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I made my reservation over a month in advance, but when we arrived, our room still wasn’t ready. We also requested a baby crib, and despite being told multiple times that one would be provided, it never was. The staff kept giving us conflicting information and made us wait without resolving the issue. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. The staff had an attitude.」

「Love staying here and will return time and time again. The rooms are always clean. You’re right near the ocean. They give you free ice in a bag and coupon discounts to the local attractions. They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!」
