The room was not properly clean, it was not ready when we got there. The carpets overused and dirty. Had pets around. Many things broken inside. It was so bad I decided to leave one day early and lost a day reservation. Not coming back there ever.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my family. Carried luggage, offered service with every encounter and were very attentive to the guests. We were very pleased with our stay and will return.

Hotel Wave is a hidden gem. All these years I have visited Rehoboth Beach I didn’t realize this hotel was there. It’s perfect for being close to everything in the area without the overpriced tag. The hotel does need an update to their pool area. I would’ve liked to have meat in the breakfast buffet but overall I would stay here again.

When we arrived, there was trash strewn around on the ground outside the front entrance to the lobby. The trash bin out there was overflowing and there was additional trash scattered in the landscaping alongside the building. Inside, the floor was absolutely filthy. The carpet going up the main staircase from the lobby to the 2nd floor and lining the 2nd floor hallway was so dirty and looked as though it had not been vacuumed in ages, nor cleaned in an even longer period of time. These initial impressions did not bode well and we were anxious about what we would find in our room; however, the room was very clean. Worn, but clean. Upon check-in, we told the young woman at the desk about the trash outside the front entranceway and when we came back later that evening, it had been picked up and the trash bin was emptied. When we left the next morning, the carpet on the stairs and in the hallways on the 2nd floor remained just as filthy as it was the evening prior.

The place was easy to find. It was very clean and cozy. Had continental breakfast and coffee bar. We were very happy with our room. We had to cut our stay short because my autoimmune disease started acting up but it wasn't because the room was bad. T even had a down comforter on the bed , very good sleep. Well worth every penny.

I stayed at Hotel Rehoboth and was disappointed with several aspects of my visit. The included breakfast was poor — the orange juice tasted watered down and overall quality was lacking. The bathroom was inconvenient: no plunger or dust bin provided, and the water pressure was extremely low. Even sitting on the toilet was uncomfortable due to the setup. This hotel has a good location, but these basic issues really affected my stay. I hope management makes improvements to amenities, breakfast quality, and bathroom facilities.

Did not have towels available when needed. Room was not ready for two hours after set check in time. Keys to room didn’t work half the time. Outside locks were always unlocked. Pillow cases stunk

This hotel offers decent amenities at a good price. The breakfast was pretty nice with the make your own waffles. They did offer some pastries as well as some hard boiled eggs, cereal, things like that. No fruit which would have been a bonus. The staff was very nice and friendly. The pool area was great, spa was not in working order but didn't effect me much. My only real complaint was my room. The bathroom was still dirty and there was hair in the shower. You could feel the sand all over the floor in the main area. The TV remote was sticky and had food on the buttons. The phone in the room (which I didn't need anyway) was filthy and not even working. I'd probably just remove those if they are not going to be cleaned. The beds were comfy and the AC worked nicely. I would give them another shot at least.

Good affordable option that allows pet and free ample parking. The staff were very friendly and they provide a good printed resource stand in the lobby. They are close to the bus line which will take you to the beach for $2 each way. The rooms have been remodeled and are clean with comfortable beds. The A/C worked wonderfully during heat dome. However the tub of the shower needs to be replaced as they were dirty with flaking paint. The free breakfast was a bit skimpy but appreciated. Overall a pleasant experience.

Room was clean and couldn't hear folks in other rooms, aside from a noisy dog that was staying nearby. Some fast breakfast options available with coffee all day, which we really appreciated. A ton of great dining options nearby, some walkable. Not too far from the beach. Indoor pool attached to the hotel was nice. One night we needed more towels and received them immediately. They were really fast and helpful. I think I would have liked a towel bar in the bathroom. Had to rest my towel on the back of the toilet while showering.
