「Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We did not mind the stairs to the apartment, the location is directly in town and we walked to many shops and restaurants. The AC and ceiling fans kept us cool, enough hot water in the shower and kitchen for washing dishes. We found the washer and dryer conveniently located across the hallway. When we next return to the area, we book our stay again at this clean, quiet and convenient location.」

「Room was huge! We expected 2 queens, but not 2 separate bedrooms in one unit. Daniel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, directing us toward whatever we needed. We loved hearing the river and the owls overnight. Highly recommend this place!」

「Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We left some items in the room, didn't realize it until we were home. Called the owners, they retrieved our items and shipped them to us. Our room was spotless and very clean. Our room was bigger and better than the online description. Great stay! Thank you!」

「I loved this house! It was perfect for my parents and me to stay at during a family vacation. It's a beautifully restored farmhouse and I love the personal touches! It's my kind of place! It's close to pretty much everything in the San Luis Valley. We went to Alamosa in less than 20 minutes, the Sand Dunes in less than that! It's perfect and when I come to this area again, it's at the top of my list! 」
