「This place is rundown. Dirty smelly carpet in hallway. Hotel smell of smoke. It's non smoking but folks stand in front door smoking and it filters in. Room lack maintenance... ceiling fan loose, caulking, stained tub, mold.. etc. The positive was the IHOP next door.. Ramada corporate should look into this place...」

「It was a motel, not a hotel. Safety was the most concerned part, and also the smell of the place was pretty bad. Spiders web and flies are everywhere and almost naked residents are smoking just out side of the doors.. even facial tissue in the room smells like tabaco.」
