「A lot of bees around outside hot tub I got the bee sting in my toe We informed the front desk, but nothing changed Bed wasn’t changed, smells dog and dogs hair everywhere The toilet is linking The fridge is not working properly No tea in the root」

「The hot tub was hot enough during my trip. The only thing is it was a little dirty on the bottom of the hot tub, which is probably to be expected, but my room is perfect except for the microwave didn’t work properly and the streaming device kept cutting out so we had to keep repeatedly unplug the streaming device for 30 seconds and plugging it back in for it to work. 」

「First time in the River Hood area, we enjoyed our stay at the Villas, right off the freeway very convenient and close to town. The staff was friendly and very courteous, definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.」

「This is a beautiful property but aimed more at business travelers there for a conference than for individuals. The restaurants are pricey and there are no microwave ovens in the rooms or anywhere that I could find.」

Even walked me down to the cabin to show the way in the dark. Room was immaculate and beautifully done and very comfortable. Would stay here anytime when within the area. Good location and convenient to attractions, dining, and all basic staples.」

「The bar and restaurant staff were great. Hotel staff were good. We tried to get coffee but didn't want to wait for the lobby coffee to be refilled as it had been 15 minutes since we let them know it was out. Bed was comfortable. Some noise from stairs and elevator. You are paying for the nostalgia of the art deco era. Also good to know it is a major wedding venue.」

「There was dried food matter in the refrigerator and on the stove, just over all very dirty. The staff were very friendly, but the room wasn't clean at all. They did have a help wanted sign on the front sign, so I'm guessing they were short on help. We just went and got some supplies and cleaned it up. The tv barely worked as well, just kept going on and off. Reception problem I'm sure. Fortunately we had lots of plans for outings so we we mostly just there to sleep. But if I had any advice...
