「Check in very easy Reception staff extremely helpful All areas very clean Shame about the weather for golf but obviously not down to the hotel but did manage to get 9 holes played Left feeling very relaxed and refreshed 」

「Lovely hotel Beautiful room upgrade a surprise so lovey thank you overlooking the pond & golf course. Breakfast sunday morning a nightmare no staff to assist, had to ask for cups, plates and fresh food as food was not being replenished quick enough for the amount of guests. Tables not being cleaned away lots of guests waiting around for stuff. 1 guy in the restaurant running around when others should have been more attentive and doing their job. Need more staff or Manager needs to have a word...
