「Check-in was super easy, and the room was decently cleaned. Great location convenient to a lot of places. No issues there. The murphy bed was uncomfortable, and our refrigerator didn’t work after we bought groceries. The property referred us to an after hours number that didn’t help at all. We figured out how to fix it ourselves after a lot of researching. The property didn’t seem to be concerned because they didn’t write back again until the next day and never came to check on it. 「2 towers - stayed in South tower. Not told owned and rented 7 plus days but paid for 2 nights . South tower 505 condo. Old looking. Missing panels for blinds. Smell upon arrival like many pets there previously without cleaning. Bedroom rug filthy. Addressed with resort staff 1st night and also multiple times with I guess owner whom also entered when we were downstairs by pool said she sprinkled rug powder on bedroom rug. Bad for anyone with allergies or respiratory issues.STATES NO PETS.Wrong...
