「king bed needs replacing/hard/noisy and needs a topper if not replacedTV in master bedroom never had a signal: management was helpful to get the network provider but it wasn't fixed while there.the "make do" fix for bathroom cabinets from water damage really was an eyesorewe put oil on the patio door to be able to open it better since the hinge would stick」

「This is the best experience I've had thus far in renting a rental property. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that love cleanliness, the customer service was top notch when needed. I only had one problem, didn't like all the stairs, could have been put in a lower level unit.」

「The apartments were as pictured. The beds were comfy. The upstairs neighbors were here walking but it was minimal.」

「The room appeared clean until we actually started paying attention. The towels were not white they were dirty and dingy and had not only hair in them but 2 towels had dead bugs. The tub was dirty and had a black film around it. There was a stain on the toilet that we ended up cleaning. I did not like the fact that we payed a host fee but was required to leave the place like we found it (empty the trash and take it down to the dumpster etc) check in and check out were easy to follow and the kids...
