「The location was great, the beach views were perfect. There was a plethora of beach items in the outdoor closet for us to use. Checking in and out was simple. The pools were great. The cleaning fee was rather expensive for the amount of cleaning we were expected to do before leaving. The parking lot design is not ideal for loading and unloading a lot of stuff. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, we would definitely stay here again. 」

「Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are...

「The room was very nice. The interior and furniture was clean and in excellent condition, the decor and color was perfect and made you feel on vacation. The beds were ok but the couch made me go shopping for similar, it was great. Access and ammenities was fine, although I wished we would have been supplied the beach gate code (dont forget to get it from someone). We will likely stay here again in the future pending cost.」

「This house was all it was listed as on the VACASA webpage. The furniture was in very good shape, the beds comfy, and lots of bathrooms to share with a large group. Part of the gulf view is blocked by another house, but it also sits back far enough so that our steps weren’t underwater when the tide came in. Storms kept us inside half of our stay but would love to return sometime.」

「Had a great time. The property is in an excellent location, across the street from the beach. The ocean is visible from the deck and we spent a lot of time there as the weather was not ideal. House and furnishings are “well loved” but very clean and comfortable. I hope we can come back someday!」

「Absolutely amazing… everything about the listing is accurate, new appliances, updated interiors, all around just a great home. The property has amazing views and is very peaceful and quiet. No need to continue looking for properties to book, if you’re interested in a wonderful relaxing week this is the place for you to stay. We will for sure be booking this property again. 」

「We loved our short stay and would definitely book this unit again. It was super clean, nicely decorated, well appointed with everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pools, and the beach view was lovely. However, believe the photos when it comes to the distance to the beach. The "2-minute walk to the beach" is just where the boardwalk ends. For us, it was actually another 5 minutes hauling beach gear through the hot sand to get to the water. Not a big deal...
