"Loved the hotel! Very modern, always smells great, super clean, but the best part about it is the staff - very friendly and attentive! Definitely recommend"
"What a wonderful experience. The Riad is a small hidden gem with incredible service. From check in to check out Sofien took such good care of our entire group of 10. Our stay was made infinitely better because of him.
I would be remiss if I didn’t say something about the included breakfast there was so much food and everything was delicious. "
"We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend highly enough! Our hosts Muad, Michel and Hasnae were wonderful - the riad is lovely, the food there is great, and we had a wonderful time. Close to everything but also enough out of the bustle for a really calm lovely stay."

"One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s 300 years old and perfectly located in the old city. The pool is perfect after a day of touring. The experience was filled with so much charm and hospitality, I felt like I was in a film from 1940.

"If you don’t like long reviews, then “stay here!” is all you need to know. If you prefer more depth in your reviews, read on. Located a couple of hundred meters from the famous Jemaa el Fna square in Marrakech (apologies for the spelling, my internet is acting up), Riad Marraplace is easy to find but just far enough away that you don’t hear any of the chaos going on nearby. It is an incredibly beautiful building with rooms that, while small, will make you feel like a sultan due to their opulence. The staff spoke perfect English and was as friendly and helpful as anyone could possibly ask. Breakfast on the roof was traditional and tasty as well as relaxing. You can’t see the square from the roof but it’s still a nice view. The only minor negative is the stairs. They twist around corners in a way that can make them treacherous if you’re not careful especially if you’re lugging a suitcase up or down them. But I would absolutely stay there anytime I would be in Marrakech. You’re close to dining, shopping, the main mosque, every tour imaginable leaves from the square, and you get to pretend that you’re a lot wealthier than you probably actually are. I loved it. "
"We had an excellent stay in the raid! The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Definitely a great spot to stay in Marrakesh. Delicious breakfast in the morning, close to all the main points of interest in the city, and live jazz band downstairs each night. We had a wonderful time! "
"I had a great experience with Riad Roummana, the room was very clean and well designed with good quality towels and bedding. Location is super convenient, right near the main square and in the souk. I didn’t have any trouble finding it myself when I was checking in but I recommend arranging someone with a luggage cart to come meet you if you have more than one bag since it can be hard going through the souk with heavy luggage. Breakfast was amazing, better than the other riads I stayed at in Marrakech, they also switch it up a bit so it’s not the exact same thing every day.
All this is enough for me to give 5 stars, especially considering the great value of the price. However if management would like to find ways to improve here are some suggestions. Add a pamphlet in each room with information like when breakfast is, details on housekeeping and other services the riad offers. This is an easy way to make sure guests have all the info they need in case reception doesn’t mention everything. Offer a complimentary water bottle in the room: when I first arrived I was very thirsty from the heat but was told I would have to go to a near shop and purchase water. Install a bidet in the washrooms: I was surprised that there wasn’t a bidet or at least a lota in the washroom since it’s a Muslim country, this would be a very helpful addition.
Overall highly recommend this riad, it will be even better once the terrace renovations are completed too."
