「Terribly run down. Loud. Lights shining in our room. Bathroom fixtures coming off the wall. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Pot smoke rolling under the connecting room door. Pool closed. But, staff were nice and efficient…they just didn’t have much to work with. And, I never do reviews.」

「I did have a partial obscured ocean view from my balcony, the only problem is I was right next to a restaurant outdoor dining right next to my balcony, maybe 10 ft away. Thus, I never really had the opportunity to relax out there cuz it's always a bunch of people within 5 ft of me. It was not very ideal and it was not described when I booked the room, for I would not have booked it had known that I was right next to outdoor restaurant dining balcony」

「First room I could not lock the door. Second room I had to place a towel to fill in space between the door and the floor. The pictures was not what the room was however the bed was comfortable. I feel that because we booked through Expedia we were given the poorest room available. This place was a 2.5 at best. 」

「This resort is exquisite. It is located directly on the beach but also seems like it is in a jungle or Forest. The property is extremely well maintained and the staff was exceptional. We were given a room that we weren't exactly pleased with and they were able to accommodate our needs and provide us with a different room. We loved being able to walk around the property with our small child. I would come back anytime.」

「The view of the ocean was the only good thing about my room. The air conditioner didn't cool, no coffe pot,refrigerator didn't work,broke ice machine,stayed on 9th floor one elevator broke also could have had a microwave per request found out last night there. The only good thing about stay was staff Kat and Ernest. If I could have stayed in the lobby would have been amazing very disappointing paying well over 300 a night. I will never go back to the Tides again.」

「Breakfast was good Bathroom could be upgraded a little.Bed was comfortable the pillows could have been better. They really need to put coffee makers in the room. That was a big downfall for me」

「Convenient location, room was sort of clean, used toilet paper roll and a makeup towel with lipstick stains was left in our room but no smell to the room, kind of had a sewage smell outside but it wasn’t too bad, they have free breakfast but the eggs smelled bad so we went across the street for McDonald’s. Can hear everything outside of your room we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and walking by our room even with the door shut.Pool is not heated so wasn’t accessible yet....
