The house is lovely and in a good neighborhood, it’s quiet the pond across the street is relaxing. Stores are not that far if you need something. If it a lot of you request extra towels and he dishwashing detergent in the kitchen and extra paper towels. This is a large house and can fit 10 people inside, so the owner need to take that in consideration and plan accordingly. I really love this place, my sister in law immediately called her husband wanting to buy the house. She lives in Minnesota.

Electric issues with stove

I lost a lot of money due to the stove not working. From what I have learned the owner knew it was issues and still rent the place out. I have a friend that lives in the area. I asked for some of my money lost and no response but oh I didn’t know. Very pretty place but no stove to cook. Very disappointed in the lack of concern

Property was great. Plenty of space. The only thing lacking was hangers in the closets and a place to unpack clothes. Otherwise, a great place!

Beautiful Home(Has some Issues Though)

The home was beautiful, but there were LOTS of small issues. Only one of the 5 bedrooms had a TV. There was no cable or streaming services provided. The TV in the den area did not work properly. The owner stated that someo e before has broken the remote control. We could not control the volume of the TV without it getting stuck. the the v

For starters, the home was beautiful. Upon arriving, the outdoor trash bin and recycling bin were both over flowing with trash. There were many dead crickets in both garages right after they stated the cleaners just finished up and we are able to check in. When I booked this place, I put that I would be having 11-12 guests. There was only enough towels for 5 individuals, I had to go to the grocery store to purchase my own trash bags, paper towels and tissue. After contacting the owner, she brought a roll of trash bags and a pack of toilet paper once she was aware of the situation. I also had to continuously clean water from the leaking fridge that was replaced on the 2nd day after check in. The owner texted me at the time of check in to say the freezer on the fridge is broken and that she would send someone to fix it. I was totally fine with that. The workers came to replace the entire fridge which in turn STILL did not operate properly. My family and I were here for 5 days. My food was not at the proper temp, not enough toilet paper or towels, there was poop stains on the main restroom toilet. Unsatisfied 100% with this stay. The most upsetting thing was the oven. I sent a picture to the owner letter her know that it was not working. I had a family of 12 to cook for and not having the oven in service practically ruined Christmas for us. In turn she asks me to use the air fryer which did not suffice for the amount and the meal we were preparing. I had to drive over an hour
