The room had a bad smell and the front desk gentleman said he would spray the room although it didn’t help. When I booked the room it said free breakfast, but after checking in the clerk tells me there is no free breakfast because I booked through a third party (Expedia), They need to honor what they advertise.

We ended up leaving a different hotel, mid-stay, and luckily this one had a room left. What a breath of fresh air! The staff was so welcoming, the property was in excellent shape and the bed was SO comfy! Highly recommend.

I’ve gone there for so long and love it. I was told I could never go back because I smoke. Ordering the rooms some day no smoking but the patio rooms didn’t say and u thought that was okay I never smoked in the room I enjoyed being there once or twice a month it was nice . I’ve never been told I couldn’t go anyways and it’s really upset me and they lost a loyal customer .

It was a clean hotel and good housekeeping. It is out dated and old. The equipment in the gym is very old and the wifi is mid level, you do have to login each day. I will say it is conveniently located around restaurants and grocery stores.

There was bugs in my room specifically kissing bugs which carry deadly diseases, we have two kids a 8 month old and a 2 year old we didn't want to risk. We told staff they didn't seem to care they did not want to give a refund and was hard to move rooms. Afterwards she would just give attitude. Rude service for just wanting to keep my family safe.

Overcharge of fees stayed until Sunday 10:40 am. Receptionist woul not redit my vard for Monday, says that i got a discount, Ishe was angry and mean Don't know if i asked too many questions, color of my skin, because handicapp, got ther early, wiuld not let me check in w I uld charged me extra, but as i was leaving, allowed 2 people to check in arond 11 ;28 am but didn't have to pay fee. Stay in a lot hotels, worst experience ever!
