Everything was really good. Amazing service. Clean and tidy room. Breakfast is good there are lots of options. Pool by main building is great. The private beach area is amazing as well. Had a really pleasant 4 nught stay. Would stay again.

This is the first time I have been catfished. The place looks nothing like the photos. So the hotel is NOT good. Not a good condition at all. But the staff are incredible. What was looking like the worst Christmas turned out amazing because of the outstanding service we got from the staff. They were so understanding, empathetic, patient and professional. They problem solved and made our Christmas so special after being upset about booking this hotel based on the photos. The manager is outstanding. We couldn’t believe how good the customer service was. The manager is Luan and it’s the best customer service we have probably ever had. The woman who also helped us with new arrangements was Ms Hang Duty Manager.
The amazing staff who are exceptional at a hotel that doesn’t look like the photos.

Nice and clean property and friendly staff. I would give the resort 5 stars if the stairwell was enclosed and secures. It will be easy to do security checks on the kids who were staying at the separated rooms.

The property is beautiful. We stayed in the new wing which is basic but clean. The staff are courteous and Alik and Vang were very helpful. I would recommend the coffee making class and the spa treatments. The beach is amazing. The thing to improve would be cleanliness in the restaurants.

Very good and comfortable

The hotel staff is very kind, the room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is really amazing for western and eastern people. The location is very convenient because despite not being at Ha Noi downtown, you have the beach in front of the hotel and it is offered a car to take you to downtown.

Excellent stay here. Room was fantastic and very clean. Hotel amenities were great. Only issue is that the hotel is not near anything but they put on a courtesy bus to the old town each day/night.

This property is geared towards small children. It’s like a Disney property. I was disappointed in the villa. All the bedrooms were separate rooms with outdoor entrances separate from the living room. It was just a weird set up. The spa was a huge disappointment. It was next to the kids pool and loud…. Not relaxing at all. The beach is the best thing about the resort.

This hotel is practically brand new. One tower is still under construction. Food was excellent. Pools were amazing. Grounds and facilities were spotless. Staff was very helpful - especially Phu and Trang. Would definitely recommend.
