Location is a nice quiet neighborhood with beach across the street and lots of good dining options around the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I wish we could stay longer honestly, some of the best service I have received from a hotel.

My stay at the Senorita Boutique Hotel was great, largely due to the amazing hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Prior to our arrival, they helped me schedule vehicle pickup directly from the airport, which greatly simplified our journey. What truly set this hotel apart was their service. The staff stayed up late just to greet us personally and ensure we were comfortably shown to our room. This level of care made us feel immediately welcome. Our room was another highlight—it spacious, clean, and provided a perfect rest after a long day of travel. Furthermore, the hotel's location is unbeatable! It is situated a quick two-minute walk away from shopping, entertainment and the beautiful Da Nang beach. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I am in Da Nang next time.

Staff: The staff were very friendly and polite. Upon check-in, there was an issue with our booking (we believe it was due to a technical issue between the Hotels.com and Expedia platforms). After showing our confirmation, the staff accommodated us by providing a comfortable room while they worked on the technical issues with the platform. Technical issues happens, so ensure you keep any communications and confirmations so the hotel staff can assist better -- luckily we did. We booked this hotel as our central hub for exploring Da Nang and the surrounding areas. They also accommodated us, by providing some refund on the one night we weren't there to help with the check-in challenges; they didn't have to do that, but we appreciated the gesture. Hotel: The hotel itself is in a great location. Very close to everything —I meant everything. Restaurants, karaoke, massage, beach, small shops, grocery, coffee, bakery, pharmacy, everything.. It sure was an ideal location. I would recommend picking the sea-view rooms as they're more peaceful. Since it's close to a lot of things, the one with city view has a city vibe, including city noise, especially when people are karaokeing or partying outside. If you like a hot water shower, great. This one has one. We've been to other hotels that say they have hot water and don't, so we are pleased that their hot water works. The hotel appears clean. Breakfast has good options as well; we sure enjoyed it. Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und Restaurants und Cafés gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreich. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, es wird auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr gepflegt, bietet ausreichend Schattenplätze und war nie überfüllt. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde wieder kommen.

フロントスタッフは皆さん明るくて、親切です。 買い物をフロントで預かってもらったり、洗濯物は朝出すと夕方には出来上がるので、海遊びしても大丈夫です。 1キロ300円くらいだったかな。 立地もこのエリアはレストランやカフェも多くて便利ですよ。
