"We had 3 issues with this accomodation: 1. The accomodation was in a sublet two bedroom apartment which was not part of the hotel - the place sat at the end of a long driveway 2. My girlfriend was cornered in the evening ambulance a man down the driveway - there was no security cameras nor any responsibility from the hotel owners for the our safety - they did not care. 3. "Beautiful hotel. Numerous pools, restaurants and facilities to enjoy. The staff are the absolute stars- so accomodating, warm and welcoming from the moment we entered til the time to check out! Rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. Stunning sea views. Food from Comus and Baladaya were delicious! Amazing resort but can be a bit noisy due to the aircraft’s landing overhead! Besides that a great place to stay and especially if you like to party! "

"Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to downtown, has great views of the rest of the island at sunset, and the breakfast buffet had an array of food options to choose from. We didn’t have time to try the pool out as we were out & about most of the time so I can’t review it. I do want to acknowledge that receptionists were very helpful. Yonida was especially helpful in suggesting restaurants and making reservations, as well as booking our transfers/taxis. Her ability to speak multiple languages was impressive (English & Spanish among others). Thank you for making our stay enjoyable & memorable. "
