This place was top notch. The service was above expectations. The host was fantastic easy to get a hold of and would book anything you needed from a taxi to a daily excursion. They also met us at the bottom of the hill when we arrived and carried all our bags up to the top which would have been difficult for us to do.

There was nothing that we didn’t like . The host was amazing. The room was amazing. Vaggelis was one of the folks that took our luggage to our room, he also delivered us breakfast on the veranda , and they arranged all our local transportation . The best in Santorini period.

Everything we liked and loved. Leon and his staff really made a very excellent job! I we already think of going back asap to Santorini and recommend the place to my family and friends Nefeles Luxury Suites. It’s just a short stay though we can make it longer soon! God bless Santorini . Hoping no more strong eruption of the volcano. Thank you Leon and the staff !!

Beautiful sea view - more breathtaking than in the photos. Ion the manager and his assistant, Vaggelis, were outstanding. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Service was impeccable - Vaggelis met us at the taxi drop off and took our luggage up the stairs and brought us a customized gourmet breakfast each morning. He also helped us with our luggage at checkout. Excellent staff and property - the highlight of our trip!

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We had a very enjoyable two-night stay. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful. One evening, we thought there was no hot water in the shower, and someone came to check it almost immediately. It turned out that I had simply turned the control the wrong way, but we really appreciated how quickly they responded and came to help in person. There was occasionally a slight unpleasant smell around the bathroom, mainly in the evening. We did not really notice it during the daytime, and keeping the bathroom door closed meant it did not affect our stay or sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and the view made it even more enjoyable. Considering the overall experience and the price, I think this hotel offers very good value for money and would definitely recommend it.

This was truly one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. We booked the honeymoon suite so the view was at the top of the hotel. The moment we checked in we were taken care of and treated like family. Breakfast in the room every morning was so delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone it was also extremely central in Fira! We will be back!

From the moment Ion met us at the curb welcoming us, to the final goodbye from the kitchen staff(they gave us a care package breakfast, as we had a very early flight), each and every day was great. Each morning we were welcomed with smiles and incredible hospitality. The accommodations are true to their description or even better. The vistas you get are amazing culminating with the daily sunset. We appreciate all Ion and his staff have offered us during our stay and we will definitely be coming back.
