「Very clean room and right on the water」

「The room was tastefully furnished and clean. The hotel balcony overlooked the harbor and got morning sun: I had my morning coffee there. Staff respected my wish to not be disturbed during my 4-day stay but were present when I needed them. Water was hot and abundant. Hotel wifi was glitch-less and fast enough for my needs. Ferries to the mainland were within easy walking distance from the hotel, even with luggage (and taxis are readily available if you prefer to ride). Also within walking...

「This was very nice, super clean and host was accomadating and answered our concerns quickly. We are elderly so the stairs were a bit much to the 3rd floor, but now we are in much better shape」

「Had a wonderful stay; loved that it was within walking distance to great places to eat and also the beach.Everything was clean and cozy. I highly recommend it if you would like to check out Newport and the surrounding towns.Owners were very responsive if needed. We loved our trip!」

「We throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful peaceful location with deer and turkey strolling around the yard. Plenty close to all the more crowded Easy Bay areas but without the crowds and high cost. Clean, comfortable with Keurig, small fridge, microwave, tv hairdryer. Host very responsive and on site. Will absolutely return when we need to be in the area. 」
