「This reservation was a saving grace after a VRBO reservation was ignored by the owner in Dingle. This is a wonderful property and the manager is a gentleman without equal. He was upset at the cost we had been charged and adjusted it to my advantage as it should have been. The room was great and the breakfast was superb. I could not recommend a place more if folks are heading to Tralee.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed out two night stay at Barrow Lodge from the minute we arrived to when we left. Clodagh is an exceptional hostess, giving us the warmest welcome, and really useful advice on where to go for food and what to see. The room was big, clean with a lovely view of the estuary. Breakfast was fabulous. We've been recommending it to everyone since we left as it's a little gem and we'd definitely go back. If you're in the area, stay here!」

「The hotel was clean and updated and the rooms spacious. The breakfast was very good. From the pictures I thought the location was a little more secluded, when it is really on a main road. Not a big deal as long as you're not expecting that. Our room had a fridge and an expresso maker which my husband really enjoyed. Overall great stay.」

「The check-in was an indicator of how the stay would go. We were given room key and told it was straight down the corridor opposite the reception desk. It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room. It was well that we were both able bodied as it was a struggle to get our suitcases up the stairs. The...

「It’s hard to give a fair critique as they were under construction while we were there. However the room was beautiful. No electricity in the bathroom otherwise very modern and stylish. The breakfast was really well done. A great location for accessing the national park. Lots of places to eat in area and walk.」
