The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. Overall the hotels and surroundings are spotlessly clean and tidy all of the time. Staff are extremely helpful,chatty and efficient. I left a flat cap in the hotel which the hotel posted back to me extremely promptly. Everything about our 4 night stay was pure perfection.

Superb. Such a calm hotel even though it was fairly fully occupied. We had a wonderful room with balcony overlooking the lake. The bed was so comfortable. Great bathroom too. Excellent food. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Food in both the bar and restaurant was great. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The 1hr free thermal suite was a nice touch and was lovely to chill out after the journey to Kilarney.
