"Our room was not ready until 3:45pm and check in was at 3. It pushed back all of our plans that day. The receptionist took a call from an outside number in the middle of assisting me. Would not recommend"

"Room was fine. Bring your own toiletries. . There's no shuttle after 9:30 from airport so had to pay $25 to go a by taxi. Being close to the airport, room shakes too when planes go overhead so beware of that. "

"While the staff was very helpful/pleasant, we had multiple issues. First room we were given could not have possibly met building code - bed was so closely wedged to wall that you had to “scooch down” to go to bathroom. In 2nd room, TV didn’t work (but was fixed), sink backed up. I had dried mud on a shoe and asked staff to sweep/clean floors - dried mud was still on floor. Common areas were not clean especially elevator."

"It's always great to stay at the Club Quarters downtown. It is the perfect location for sports and concerts but the great staff and clean hotel with easy check in is the deal breaker"
