「Good place for a couple, great position in the countryside but not too far from a pub and train station (20 minute walk). However cooking was a challenge: the kitchen is very sparsely equipped, there are 2 mugs, glasses, bowls, a few more plates, but that’s it. Barely any utensils ( unless you like mash, 2 potato mashers), and nothing you could use in the oven. 「We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, and the heating was already on when we arrived which made it feel instantly welcoming. The host communicated brilliantly throughout and made everything very easy. The cottage had every amenity you could need, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, and even board games. The location was perfect as well, right next to the pub. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!」
