「Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee tastes great, did not have the chance to try the ski slopes but the outdoor hot tub was an amazing experience. ALL staff were amazing, friendly especially front desk agent Eric, very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay every year, if not more. 「I had visited Cranbrook three times from Japan and always choose this hotel. This hotel has so comfortable rooms with modern facilities with reason able accommodation fee. Also, compliment Wi-Fi connected so smoothly and this helps not only tourist but business person.
Staff is I very helpful and friendly so I strongly recommend to stay this hotel when you are in Cranbrook. 」
