「The room was clean and adequate. The air conditioner was noisy so if you are a light sleeper as I am, it might keep you awake. Also, it’s right by the highway so noise from cars and trucks was heard in the early morning hours. There were no extra amenities.」

「Good location, great restaurant, clean rooms. Rooms are getting old. Only one usb port in room had to search for it. Found it as part of tv cable box. Took a very long time for hot water 」

「The room was clean, beds were comfy, check-in was a breeze, we had an enjoyable breakfast and I’ll say the only complaint was the temp of the pool and hot tub which were quite cool. Once we were in and moving in the pool it wasn’t too bad. A few updated features would be great (USB ports) but otherwise was happy with the stay.」

「I had visited Cranbrook three times from Japan and always choose this hotel. This hotel has so comfortable rooms with modern facilities with reason able accommodation fee. Also, compliment Wi-Fi connected so smoothly and this helps not only tourist but business person. Staff is I very helpful and friendly so I strongly recommend to stay this hotel when you are in Cranbrook. 」

「The Summit View Bed and Bath was well appointed and in a convenient location. The suite was exceptionally clean upon arrival and we enjoyed the freshly renovated room and bathroom with tasteful decor! Plenty of quality towels and bath products were provided and the bed linens were lovely. The information book provided was very helpful and gave us all of the information we needed! So close to the ski hill and other attractions including the quaint town of Kimberley! Would highly recommend!」

「Clean, simple accommodations. Being above the base facilities is a little bit of a nuisance for apres ski activities but is rectified by the regular free shuttle bus. My only complaint is with the main bed frame (bunk bed) being a little impractical but this is a minor issue. Would be great value for families if they’re OK with close quarters.」

「Kitchen was fully equipped even had olive oil and plàstic wrap and tinfoil and all your coffee and tea needs. Very safe neighborhood and easy walk into Kimberly village.」
