This gorgeous oceanfront condo will instantly feel like home as soon as you arrive! With a open layout, there's plenty of natural light, beautiful ocean views, and space for everyone in your group to kick back and relax. Enjoy incredible views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea from all 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a bathtub for relaxing soaks. You'll love the spacious private terrace overlooking the pool and ocean. It's equipped with a grill and dining table for sunset meals with your friends and family. A large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook when you feel like staying in. Central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable.

Located on the quieter northern end of the island, Nah Ha is a beautiful, modern complex where you can enjoy your dream vacation. Outstanding Cozumel Beach Condo!

Our first trip to Cozumel for some family diving and could not have been more impressed! This condo was spectacular! Location was perfect - about a 5 minute drive north of downtown, so far enough to be away from the crowds but close enough to be able to get to town quickly. I was initially worried about its proximity to the airport/military base, but we never even saw an airplane much less heard one. The condo was second floor above pool level, but on level with the main entrance, so very easy access. Inside was very clean, modern ammenities, spacious bedrooms, and comfortable beds. The balcony is very roomy with amazing views. Pool/deck were easy to access. The diving platform was an added bonus allowing us to jump into the ocean and swim/snorkel with a ladder to get out easily. Alex, the concierge for the unit, was very responsive and reached out regularly to see if we needed anything. We had ZERO issues our entire stay. The scuba diving was second to none, so we WILL be back and if Na Ha is available, it is where we will stay, without hesitation!

Great Condo

This was our second time staying in Cozumel at this property. There is plenty of space, the complex is quiet, Condo clean and conveniently located just north of downtown square. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe, clean and beautiful place to stay.

Great Condo!

The condo was clean and very spacious. Loved that there were 2 masters overlooking the ocean. The only negative i would give this condo is the beds are very hard..i suggest getting some foam mattress toppers to make someones stay more enjoyable. The pool was clean and my family loved getting to snorkel right off the shore. This condo is in the north area of cozumel and if quiet but we took alot of taxis and next time would probably rent a small car for the week to make it more convenient to go into town when we wanted. The manager was great about getting back to me with any questions i had. Would definately recommend to friends and family.

"Girls" trip to Cozumel

Three of us are scuba divers. We chose this condo because of it being close to the airport and the dive shop we use. It is a nicely appointed condo. It has three bedrooms which was great for four women, though it would sleep more with two King Beds and two twins. Even though it was hot, we enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and the evening to watch to sun go down on the water. One thing that would be nice would be a ceiling fan on the deck. Alex was helpful when I had any questions.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is big, clean, and well equipped. The balcony was huge. All bedrooms have a view of the ocean. The pool was cold in the beginning ( it had been raining for a few days), after the sun came out and warmed the water, it was fantastic. Getting to town via taxi is easy and not expensive. The day shift manager/ security guard was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our conversations with him. The property manager was helpful and very communicative. Helped us rent a Jeep. Would stay here again!!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful condo.

The condo was clean, great floor plan and a fabulous view. I would definitely stay here again!

Seamless check in process, maid service included, propriety was clean and the pool was never crowded. One suggestion would be to upgrade the door locks to an electronic lock but I am just being picky.

Beautiful Condo!

Nah-Ha 201 is a second-story, three bedroom, four bath unit. The unit is clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished. The layout worked perfectly for our family of four, and could comfortably accommodate two more guests. Most of the appliances were new - the frig had bottled water connected to the ice maker in the door which was really nice. The cleaning service was exceptional, and Alex, the host, was very responsive. We also really appreciated the extra touches like the bench in the entry as well as ample hooks to hang towels and swimwear. The beds are firm, which suited us, but beware if you prefer a softer mattress. We have stayed in this building before, and always find the grounds to be well maintained and the pool area quiet - exactly what we are looking for in a get-away. If you rent a car, the assigned parking is in use, but street parking is available. We did not have any issues parking overnight in the street. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice. Loved the view

We had a great time at NahHa condos. View was spectacular, loved being able to jump in water and do some ‘light’ snorkeling. Everything was tip top shape and the staff were really helpful and gracious. Only down side kinda far from all the ‘south side’ activities.

Love The Unit

Stayed in Na Ha 201 before and Love It!! Has everything you need and want and great area away from the Crazies. If you want quiet and Awesome views this is the place. Would love to buy it....

Most Enjoyable Stay

This is the first, but not the the last, time we stayed in this condo. It was very clean, conformable and the views were spectacular. Super patio for entertaining and relaxing. The management and housekeeping staff were responsive and efficient. We especially appreciated that housekeeping did not use highly scented cleaners. A friend from Finland was in Mexico and joined us for a couple of days ... he enjoyed it so much he is planning on booking the condo this fall. A great vacation spot.

10 across the board.

There are two extremes on VRBO those that treat it as rental and do the bare minimums and those where you feel like someone lives there along with all their junk. This place was neither. You could tell owners took pride in the place. They probably come there often and want it to be clean comfortable and with no clutter. They had good comfortable furniture and decor was very welcoming. Beds were a little hard but if you made them softer someone would complain it was too soft. The unit it self had large kitchen that had everything thing you needed and then stuff you didn’t think you need but do. The unit is second floor but that is actually the entry level. 1st floor you need to take stairs down and anything higher you of course need to take stairs up. Don’t buy in to needing high floor for good view. This unit is 2nd floor but elevated with great view of pool, grounds, snorkeling and out to playa del Carmen. Deck is very spacious. Both masters have unobstructed view of ocean. 3rd bedroom also has full view of ocean just a little focused on south side of island and also side view of complex next to us. This is not an issue, it is great.. all bedrooms are large and have large baths. Main living area is very large and great central area for everyone to be together and never feel cramped. The pool, grounds and overall facility is top notch. Snorkeling is easy in and out with great access. However, if you have not been to this area keep in mind current is VERY strong to north. Do not just throw your young kids in and say swim. Because they will be 2 complex’s to the north before you know it. Only a problem if you are not good swimmer and don’t know how to deal with it. Always jump in and swim south so when tired you can easily drift back to the swim ladder of the complex. They as all the places on the north hotel zone should have signs saying this when you jump in. As for North Hotel Zone we always like this part of island best as it seems to be the better quality area. Less busy but very close to center of town. Even though it is close to airport the noise is very minimal. Couple years ago we stayed just 2 complexes to north and while I would highly recommend that place too we would prefer to stay here as our first choice. There is so much more we could say about this place. We hope this review helps you make a choice. We loved it and we have a lot of Cozumel experience.

Amazing property and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nah Ha! The condo is very spacious and super well equipped. The kitchen is great, and had everything we needed for cooking in. I really appreciated the high-quality cookware - which is sometimes rare in a rental property. The pool area is great and never felt crowded. My only small complaint might be that the bed is a little harder than we prefer. The location is awesome. We snorkeled out front almost every day. The colors and marine life are spectacular. There was always a taxi available out front to get into town.

Awesome Accommodation

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks in Nah Ha 201. The condo is fabulous and furnished with everything you would ever need. The location is quiet and beautiful oceanfront property. I would stay again in a heartbeat! The process of renting was very easy and communicating with questions or issues very timely.

Great Location
