The apartment is located at ground level within an off-street courtyard and therefore is pretty private. That said, there are no views from apartment as there are only a couple windows looking out into the courtyard itself (which is not that scenic). Some sort of weird ramp situation was going on on one side but my wife and I swapped with the kids and my 10 year old was fine on the bad (uphill) side.
