However, I feel the reception staff needs improvement. Despite having a booking for a larger room, I was shown to a much smaller one, which felt unfair and a bit disappointing. Reception is the first impression of any hotel, and a more professional and rational approach would make a big difference in guest satisfaction. Overall, with some improvement at the front desk, Hotel Ramada has all the potential to offer an excellent and memorable stay for its guests "
