「Very budget. Says air conditioning but just a ceiling fan. Big roaches. No wifi except in lobby. Location is close to airport and maybe 10 minutes rickshaw to beach. 」

They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. 「It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money.
But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel.
