「Desk staff were friendly enough but were not expecting me and had no interest in my confirmation number. They asked if we booked through Expedia, but seemed unfamiliar with Orbitz.
But they honored the reservation and the price and asked us to sit down (presumably while they get a room ready).

They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all.
