「The kind of guests I came across last 24 hours it feels the facility is above average rather excellent....outside environment is absolutely unwelcoming. Property itself is taken care...and if someone thinks staying inside the the hotel is considered vacation then no complain atall. 」

「The hotel staff and food is great. We had a pleasant stay. But it is in a terrible neighborhood. Far from the beach. The towels were super old and the bedding was 1 star. 」

「They takes reservation which is not honored or cancelled. Arrived at the hotel during check in send away by the management saying hotel is fully reserved. Do what ever you want just let the guest before hand or cancel the reservation. Seems fraudulent business. Expedia should review this property. 」

「Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. 」

「They were trying but the towels were thin, scratchy, and grey. The bedding was pilled. We were told there would be an electric kettle but none was provided. The A/C worked well. No instructions were given regarding procuring breakfast. We had to ask for the wifi password. There was hot water but not when we wanted to shower. The balcony was nice and the noise wasn't bad. Both nights they knocked on the door twice after we told them we did not want to be disturbed. A "do not disturb " sign would...
