Check in was confusing. Rooms were clean. But bathrooms were ok. Housekeeping forgot to put clean towels in the bathroom & receptionist forgot to share details of the amenities of the hotel (i.e. breakfast details, wifi password)

Took them 20 mins to check me in after 2:00 pm. Very noisy and super expensive rates on everything for an old hotel. Found a tooth in the blanket. Old broken furnitures. Not recommend. Has better options on cheaper rates.

Price quoted in Expedia was three times more than what is the quoted rate in the hotel. Never book through Expedia. Hotel management and the staff are forgetful, they either lie or they don’t remember it when you make a request to them.

It was not a good experience staying at Seagull hotel in Cox bazar. Hallway was dark no light. Water was dirty and shower head was defective. Room was not clean. Poor room service and management.
