We were checked in by a lovely young man who also served us our food, he was very attentive and even brought us extra sides for our burgers. 「The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies.」

「中央駅やコーチステーションから少し歩きます。 バーやカフェが集まる賑やかな所に位置していますが、部屋の中は静かで清潔です。 難点だったのは、シャワーのお湯が出なかったこと。40℃以上にレバーを回すことができず、かと言ってそれが40℃のお湯ではなくとてもぬるくて時々水にもなり、かつちょろちょろとしか出なかったので、真冬の時期に辛かったです。」
