Welcome to Happy Cowes Retreat
Nestled in a desirable location in Cowes, this delightful split-level home offers a serene rural outlook and an array of features for comfortable living. The property boasts a spacious, light-filled open-plan living area, three well-sized bedrooms, and a family bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups.

Upper Level:
Enjoy cathedral ceilings with exposed beams in the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, creating a sense of spaciousness and elegance. The sliding door opens to an outdoor alfresco area, perfect for entertaining guests.
Lower Level:
The three generously sized bedrooms, including built-in robes in two rooms, share a combined bathtub and shower. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk bed
Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen includes cutlery, a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, oven, and grill, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals.
Laundry:
A convenient laundry area features a washing machine.
Wifi: Complimentary WiFi is available for your convenience.
